do you mean that you think all day about murdering him, or that you think about taking a full day to do the job? I can see the appeal of the latter
aaron wins. best. comment. ever.
Songsmith huh? Well, things have been a little stale in my lectures lately...
I second the motion on Aaron's comment.Hey, the caption below the video reminds me that back in high school there was some guy who whenever Jed, or at least I think it was Jed, saw him Jed would say, "Must kill" so that became this kid's nickname. But for the life of me I can't remember who good old Mustkill was.
Oops that last comment was from me not Taliatha.
This is Taliatha.I'm completely sold on the product and found that fellow to be perfectly adorable.
i think taliatha is applying for the position. (sorry rob)funny, now that you mention Mustkill, i totally remember doing that, but i can think of a list of people that would fit the description. sad to think of how many of my classmates i wanted to kill.it wasn't chappy's indian friend (name?) because whenever we saw him we said "ding dong, ding dong".
Jas Panag was the "ding dong ding" guy. He was annoying but a nice fellah. Must kill was a Matt something. He was Joce's cousin, so she was nice to him, while all others just wanted to murder him. I remember I saw Rob following him one day muttering "must kill, must kill" and I'm not sure Rob knew I was around.
Songsmith Dad: "Hey, director, what's my motivation for this scene?"Director: "Doesn't matter. Just make sure and be constantly moving your head. Never let it rest. Can you do that for me?"Songsmith Dad: "Will do."Director: "And.... action!"
Microsoft has really hit rock bottom with this one. WOW!
That video was truly a test of will. I made it through it was tough, but I did it.
Ever "google" yourself and find a page like this?So who's Tone, that remembered my name, and who's Despot that didn't?Hilarious discovery.Cheers, Jas P.
NO WAY! Jas Panag?! You were never annoying, you were just the only Indian kid at PHS and the ding dong thing was the quickest and easiest way into an Indian accent for us lowly westerners.Hope we didn't offend. Glad to know you're around.for the record, Tone = Tony Gunn, Despot = Jed Wells
No offense taken, ... I think I can put a couple faces to these names. Remember Rob Turley? Was he among your peoples? I believe he went around with Chappy sometimes (ballroom?), and I saw Chappy mentioned above, ... so Rob's out here in NYC (that's where I live), with a nuclear-family of his own. Anyway, I've written a curious story about how my year at an American high school was like a nerdy dream come true (I grew up with school uniforms in Asia). Just FYI, since this dialougue fits right in. Nice blog. This video ... yeah, needs death. Oh, and that kid jumping into a glass of water at a show at school, ... I think that singular maneuver has been inspirationally responsible (in a good way) for many of my own actions thereafter. I've gone on to teach high school in the Bronx, when I'm not galavanting about as a mountaineer on alpine summits.
rad, jas. thanks for joining the fray. glad to hear you're doing something good. there are those of us (tone and i, again) who aren't contributing at all to society in any measurably good way, so it's nice that someone we know is actually making a difference. mikey (who jumped into a glass of water) reads this blog occasionally, and he'll be glad to know he's a source of betterment for kids in the bronx.
Jas--I don't make too many comments on the blog, however I'm flattered that you even remembered that I jumped into the glass of water. My wife still doesn't believe that actually happened. So if you wouldn't mind writing a short essay about the experience and sending it her way...On a side note, it was "ling dong, ding dong, strawberry flavor" and it actually originated with a Indian guy from a Jackie Chan movie. Or something. I disagree that Tone and Jed haven't contributed to society--Jed has had several sweet beards and one of the mustaches was pretty good. Tony directed a documentary that will change the world.
